#PPCChat Roundup Podcast🎙
In the last couple of weeks, we decided to have one #PPCChat discussion instead of two because we all deserved a holiday. In the week between Christmas and New Year, I was in Bath having a sightseeing and spa pampering session. It was brilliant - I highly recommend it. The week prior, though, for our last discussion of the year, we decided to have a festive chat about our PPC Holiday Wishlist, where we shared our wishes for the platforms we work on, different teams as well as the industry as a whole.
Alex Nicoll has several wishes for Google Ads:
Shaun Elley wants Facebook to go back to the drawing board for business manager:
Great advice from Lawrence or the smaller platforms:
And that's our last 2022 episode. Please do go check out those episodes - there is a lot to learn from them. If you have listened to more than 30 seconds of them, why don’t you take 5 seconds of your time to leave a rating/review?

It’s a new year, and we are excited that it looks like people are eager to get back to in-person events (Future of in-person events: Marketers likely to return in 2023). We are ready to give you at least 6 of them this year!!
On February the 2nd, we will have Maddie Crawford, Azeem Ahmad, Tiffany Shears and Sophie Logan (of Victress) all speaking!!
I will give more details later, but I can confirm that I have secured a headline sponsor for our February event!! I am so excited to be partnering with marketing company Add3. One of the lead CMOs came to our event at the Shard, and they were blown away by what we were doing that they had to get involved with the next one. That is the kind of event we are putting together.
There will be prosecco at reception, more drinks, more snacks, pizza, goodie bags, and a chance really connect with people (the kind you don’t get at conferences where there are thousands of people). We want to make sure everyone gets a chance at meaningful networking.
It would also be great to get the word out there that this sort of event exists! Therefore, I am seeking opportunities to get our story into reputable publications. A black female-led industry event that has successfully run three events so far - someone for sure must be interested in hearing about and writing about that, right? If you know of anyone or have tips on how to do that, please do get in touch.
Get your £16 ticket to the fabulous line-up before it's too late. 😉
